Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as possible! RSVPs are due August 5, 2026. RSVPs not received or answered will be marked as not attending. If you need to change your meal selection, you can do so through the RSVP page or text Jake/Jenn.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive before or at 4:30 pm to ensure time for parking and seating. There will be attendants to guide you to the ceremony space where we will begin promptly at 5:00.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking on site.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know if you have an allergy or dietary restriction as soon as possible so that we can coordinate with our venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel and the ceremony/reception?

Answer

There will be a shuttle between the hotel and venue from 3pm-5:45pm, and 10:30pm-1:30am. Hotel check-in does not begin until 3pm. You may call to request early check in, drop your bags, or take one of the shuttle times between 4 and 4:30 to guarantee you arrive by the start of the ceremony.

Yes, we have a hotel block at Hilton Garden Inn Mt. Laurel. See the Travel tab. Please book by August 1st!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Black tie optional. Think formal attire, but not required—wear something you feel great in while celebrating with us.
