When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please respond as soon as possible, and no later than Saturday, August 30th. This will allow us to provide you with a meal of your choice, drinks, and cake!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal attire is requested. Gowns in green, gold, and black are encouraged.

Are kids welcome?

At this time, we are including children that are related to the Bride and Groom.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at The Loretto between 4:30 and 4:40pm. This will allow you time to park, walk around the building and to the chapel, and be seated by 4:55pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot at The Loretto (ceremony and reception). The parking lot is on the back side of the building. Please only use the cirlce drive to drop off part of your party if necessary, and continue to the back to park for the evening.

Is there transportation between the hotel and the venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be a trolley departing the Hilton President at 4:30pm and heading to The Loretto. We will also have trips from The Loretto back to Hilton President later in the evening.
