What should I do if my plans change?

Contact us and let us know what the change is as soon as you can so we can adjust accordingly.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive and take a seat within 30 minutes before the Wedding Ceremony.
Question
Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, parking with signage is available at Crofter's Green within easy walking distance of Ceremony site. The walk is across a lawn and through trees with small elevation shifts. Come prepared to walk outdoors as well as indoors.
Question
Will transportation or shuttles be provided?
Answer
We will have two shuttles available for guests staying at Jay Peak. One will arrive/leave right after dinner and the other at the end of the night. Space on the shuttle will be limited and reserved for guests who need assistance with driving. If you need transportation please RSVP so we can reserve your spot.

Are kids welcome?

This is an 18+ wedding, excluding children specifically invited.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be outdoors unless it rains. Our rain plan will be to have the ceremony under a large tent or in the reception building depending on the intensity of the weather. The reception will be indoors with oppurtunities for outdoor activities.

What is the dress code?
Answer
The theme for the wedding is "Enchanted Forest". While we do not have a specific dress code, we encourage all guests to dress in their best whimsical attire. Whatever that may be for you! The wedding party will be wearing forest green, wood brown, and white ;)

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
The wedding ceremony will be phone-free. Please keep phones off and put away during the ceremony. A waiting photographer will be capturing moments throughout the wedding. We encourage lots of photos during the reception and after party!

What food will there be? Will Dietary allergies be accomodated?
Answer
Pizza 44 is our amazing caterer for the big day! Pizza, salad, and light appetizers will be provided as well as serve-yourself drinks. We will do our best to accomodate all allergies/dietary restrictions mentioned in your RSVP.
