Welcome Event

7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Casual Attire

We encourage you to stop by the welcome party in the conference center at the Hampton Inn hotel (it is a short walk across a parking lot if you are staying at the TownePlace Suites). We will be serving light bites and refreshments.

Ceremony and Reception

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

This event is black tie optional and strongly encouraged.

Cocktail hour will follow the ceremony and hors d'oeuvres will be served. Dinner will begin at 6:30pm with dancing to follow.
