Ryan and Rebecca first sang together for the Candlelight Processional at Disneyland one Christmas, back in 2012. They talked for a while, but then didn't see each other for a year. When their group got together to sing for Candlelight again the next year, their friend, Kyle, told Rebecca that Ryan liked her, and that they were going to watch a Barbershop Harmony show that night. And of course she had to go! Ryan and Rebecca talked for hours that night, and by the following week, had their first date. And the rest is history!

To celebrate Valentine's Day, which is rare for the two of us busy bodies, we wanted to take a Gondola ride in Long Beach, CA. We had been wanting to try that since we started dating, but had never been able to make it happen. They were having a Valentine's Day deal, so we couldn't pass up on it. We arrived and they treated us to chocolate covered strawberries and a rose for Rebecca. We got out on the Gondola and were enjoying the beautiful views. Our Gondolier, Gary, sang to us under every bridge we passed under. He said it was good luck, along with kissing under a bridge. We, of course, had to make sure that was true and played along. As we passed under the very last bridge, Ryan pulled out the most beautiful ring and asked Rebecca if she would marry him, and she said "Yes!"
