What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
“You’re on time if you’re five minutes early. You’re late if you’re on time.” -Dr. Lee, Drumline (2002) No seriously please do not be late. You will be stuck outside. Respectfully. Please arrive by 4:30 PM 😌🤝🏿

Is there a host hotel?
Answer
Yes! We have secured a room block with the Hilton Charlotte Airport. This hotel is just a 1 minute car ride away from the The Yorkmont where the ceremony and reception will be held. Please reach out to Alex and Robbie at bookalexandrobbie@gmail.com for more information.

Is there a dress code?
Answer

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We love that our village spans a wide age range, however all guests must be 21 or older by the day of the wedding.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
This is a wedding. We love, love. However, we ask that you do not bring a plus one if you did not receive one on your invitation. Our guest list is at capacity for the venue and as such we will not be making any exceptions on wedding day.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! There is significant parking available at the venue. Additionally, if you’re staying at the host hotel there will be a shuttle service available throughout the night.

Is there reserved seating for the ceremony?
Answer
Seating will be on a first come, first serve basis. There will be exactly enough seats for the number of invited guests. Pro Tip: Arriving when doors open will allow you to pick your preferred seat for the big moment!

When do I need to pay for the host hotel room?
Answer
Guests staying in the hotel room block will be asked to put a credit card on file to hold the reservation. That card will not be charged until check in on wedding weekend. However, if the hotel anticipates selling out as the weekend approaches, they will go ahead and run cards for booked rooms to secure them.
