For our first date we played pool in Clovis, Ca. He surprised me with beautiful red roses. He even added some dogwood flowers in there because I told him they were my favorite. On every date after that he continued to bring me flowers. At one point I had 6 bouquets of flowers and was running out of vases to put them in. My dad loved all the flowers as much as I did. I knew I had found something special when my dad said that Ty was treating me exactly how he always wanted me to be treated. Ty really is my prince charming and he still buys me flowers.

We took a trip down to see my mom for the 4th of July. Ty took me to a Japanese Garden on our way to meet my mom. He tried to say that there was a steak house that had just opened inside the garden. I told him I had been there a million times and there wasnt one in there. I told him that there was a replica of a traditional Japanese tea house inside but it wasn't real. He had already paid to enter the park and my mom wasnt close to meeting us so he talked me into going into the garden and showing him my favorite spots. We were by the bridge looking into the coy pond and all of sudden he pulled a ring out of his pocket and asked me to marry him. Of course I said yes and now we are getting married! Yay!
