Please arrive at the venue by 04:40 PM.

Semi-formal/cocktail attire. Please note the ceremony will be outside (weather permitting).

Although we love your little ones, our wedding weekend is adult-only.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is parking available at the venue, but please coordinate rides together when possible.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be a coach bus that will be leaving from The Virginian at 4:10 PM. It will leave at the end of the reception with drop off back at The Virginian at approximately 10:30 PM. There is a limited amount of seats on the bus, so please let us know if you plan to take advantage of the transportation.
