Relaxed, locally owned seafood eatery with fish tacos, steaks, cocktails, and local brews. This restaurant is located right on the Swift Creek Reservoir where you can enjoy a meal in the dining room or a drink on the large patio with great views.
Fest Biergarten
Fest is an Americanized version of a German Biergarten. We serve up excellent sausages and schnitzel, alongside wings, burgers and salads. Wash them all down with German and American craft beers, wine or ciders. Fest has a huge wrap around bar and a large dog-friendly patio! Say Hi to Andy for us!

The annual Richmond Folk Festival returns October 9-11, 2026. The festival is in its 22 year of celebrating the roots, richness, and variety of America culture along Downtown Richmond's riverfront.

VMFA has rotating art installations as well their year round offerings. They have a huge outdoor area to wander or enjoy a picnic. Don't forget to visit their cafe for snacks, lunch, dinner, and even an adult beverage. Absolutely beautiful this time of year!
