FAQs

Question

Is there a hotel block or transportation options?

Answer

We have a block of rooms at the Home Inn & Suites by d3h™ Regina Airport West. Rooms should be about $144. You’ll need to find your own way to and from the wedding, but it’s only 5.5 km away or about an 8 minute drive. We have full confidence in you. To book, call 306‑546‑4663 and ask for the Gerein/Wirth hotel block.

Question

Where are the ceremony and reception, and is there parking available?

Answer

Everything is at the Canadian Italian Club Regina, and there is free parking available in the parking lot.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Doors open at 6 PM. Come anytime between 6 and 7 for cocktails, grab a drink, mingle, and find your assigned seat. The ceremony starts at 7 PM.

Question

What should I wear, and is the event indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Everything will be indoors. Please wear what feels comfortable for you. If you prefer a little guidance, think somewhere between smart casual and cocktail or semi-formal.

Question

Are children invited, and can I bring a guest?

Answer

Children are welcome! Everyone over 18 gets a plus one. Please bring a significant other rather than a random person you found.

Question

What are the photography and social media guidelines?

Answer

We have hired photographers, so please give them space to do their thing. However, we would also love to see your photos! Feel free to upload them using the QR code that will be posted around the wedding and on our website (coming soon). You can also share them on Facebook or Instagram with the hashtag #WirthTheWait2026.

Question

What kind of bar are you having?

Answer

It’s a cash bar, but drinks are only $3. There’s also an ATM on site in case you underestimate your thirst.

Question

Will there be food?

Answer

Yes! We’ll be serving a late-night snack of meats, cheeses, buns, vegetables, and dips. Come hungry for fun… and snacks.

Question

Is the venue accessible?

Answer

Yes! The building is single-floor and wheelchair accessible.
