FAQs

If you have any additional questions, please reach out to Francesca, Madeleine or Brittany.
Question

When is a response needed?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than August 30th. This ensures that our caterer has an accurate guest total. If you chose to come without an RSVP, we cannot guarantee a meal or seating.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! We encourage you to bring the kids! Please make sure to add them on your RSVP so that a meal is available for them. We will have fun activity books and games for them.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We encourage you to reach out to the bride and groom before submitting your RSVP.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Wear something that makes you feel good about yourself! We want you to look in the mirror and say "Dang! I look good!" Think pretty dresses and suits with ties. This is a family-friendly event, so please keep it tasteful. The ceremony will be outdoors, so opt for something light as early October can be warm. Please avoid white, as that is reserved for the bride.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is parking at the venue. There will be signs directing you where to go.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 3:45 PM and 4:00 PM. This will give you time to find a seat before the processional begins.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We love that you love the couple enough to take their picture! If you absolutely need that photo, there will be a moment during the ceremony for you to snap that shot! Otherwise, please keep those phones in your pocket. The couple is paying a wonderful man to take all of those pictures and he is even handing out cards so that you can view the photos once they are uploaded! Please don't be the one to ruin a beautiful image by having a camera/phone in your face.

Question

Am I able to post photos?

Answer

Absolutely! However, please refrain from posting photos of the bride and groom on social media before them. They are very excited to share the news and would prefer to announce that they are married first. We will have QR codes around the venue for you to add and view photos throughout the event.
