The wedding ceremony and reception will both be at La Caille. Schedule for the big day below! Transportation - We have limo shuttles arranged, picking up from the Cottonwood Courtyard hotel (you don’t need to be a hotel guest to take our shuttles). They will depart around 3:15pm for transport to the venue. At the end of the evening, they will also be making rounds from 10pm-12am from the venue back to the hotel. - If driving, please know the venue is valet only/no self-parking. Rideshare to the venue should be decently painless as an alternative. 3:15pm - Limo shuttles depart from the courtyard 3:30pm-4pm - Guest Arrival (enjoy the scenery, patio, lounge, and music) 4:30-5:00pm - Ceremony 5:00-6:30pm - Cocktail hour, passed hors d’oeuvres, toasts, live music from the black and white string quartet 6:30-10:00pm - Dinner and dancing! 10:00-Midnight - After party and late night bites in the lounge.

I would recommend ski/snowboard attire for winter activities, however Snowbird has great very cute restaurants, a spa and a heated pool that overlook the mountain if you are doing more of an indoor day. In general, you can absolutely wear winter casual (sweater, puffy jacket, beanie, jeans/pants and hiking boots/snow boots) indoors essentially anywhere in the resort and will not be out of place.
We plan to do a little skiing, go to a late lunch, and stay for the torchlight parade. Come join us in any capacity to say goodbye to 2025 in style! Lots to do here, even if you are not going to be hitting the slopes. You can ride the tram up and down (with a ticket) at Snowbird, which is generally not done in winter at other resorts in the area. We highly recommend to carpool and leave quite early if driving, as parking does fill, particularly if it snows overnight. There is a $5 ski bus as well! See Things To Do section for more "know before you go" info such as where the ski bus picks up, gear recommendations if needed, etc. LUNCH - We made a bunch of reservations for 4pm and 4:15pm for a late lunch/early dinner before the torchlight parade at SeventyOne.
