Talking to Jesus together and bringing him into their everyday lives. She has given the bride an example of giving unconditionally, to whomever it may be. This is a friendship that is based off of the phrase “More of Him, less of me.”

A man of God and best friend, that’s been like a brother to the groom for many years now. Never being more than a call away, it hasn’t mattered how serious or unserious the conversations were - Him and the Groom would always sharpen and encourage one another. Gabe has the brother that the groom never had but always wanted.

An unexpectedly close friend, whom at the end of the grooms time in college became a dear brother in Christ. From talking about life and God over food, to going to Bible studies together. Nick has actively showcased to the groom and others what it is like to be a man of God by living on mission, and being in a Christ centered marriage at a young age.

Casey was the grooms boss at his first internship. There, the two actively worked together often and the groom asked God knows how many questions. Casey played a significant role in the grooms career development, while also being a great friend. Through much spicy food, golf, and board/video games, he has been a blessing of a friend.

From their first coffee and pastry together at cafe Arnone, the groom and Steven knew immediately they would be good friends. Steven being a teacher by trade, also leads a small group that the groom has been going to since coming down to Ohio. Since going, the groom and Steven have grown closer, and have had a steady friendship that continues to sharpen and encourage one another.

Drew Bodnar

Drew was one of the very first people that the groom ended up meeting and befriending after moving to Ohio. Funny enough, the groom had excitedly joined his Bible study after meeting him, and soon after it ended. However, it wasn’t too long after, that Drew and the groom started a men’s Bible study together. In doing so, they dived into the gospel, biblical masculinity and lots of homemade food.


Connor Cole

Connor met the groom one night while playing volleyball, one rolled ankle and deep conversation later they become close friends. From working on cars and Bible studies, to double dates and worship nights - Connor and the groom have encouraged one another and pointed each other back to Jesus time and time again. Both serving as an answered prayer to each other.
