We met in college working at Nike and quickly bonded over shared shifts and laughter. A few months into dating, COVID hit, and we quarantined together in Oak Harbor—where we said “I love you,” adopted our dog Oliver, and spent hours doing puzzles. Afterward, we moved to Streetsboro, then Columbus, where Matt joined his family’s business and I started working at Abercrombie. We added another pup, Oakley, to the mix, and life has been wonderful ever since. After five years together, Matt proposed on a beach in my hometown during what I thought was just a photo shoot—then surprised me with our family waiting to celebrate. We can’t wait to begin this next chapter together!
