The Yampa Valley Regional Airport is the small local airport 20 minutes west of Steamboat Springs. The Denver airport is also a good option and will have more economical flight options. It is a beautiful 3 hour drive through the mountains.

A shuttle will take guests to the Hart Family Ranch from the Holiday Inn Steamboat Springs. Parking at the house is limited, so we ask that all guest take this shuttle. It also means you get to and from our epic party safely.

We have a discounted rate negotiated with the Fairfield Inn from July 4th - July 7th. Please call the number above or use the link to book a room. The shuttle to and from the wedding will pick up and drop off from the Holiday Inn which is across the street from the Fairfield Inn.
