COVID Safety

Answer

We want all of our guests to feel safe and comfortable when celebrating with us. The reception will take place outdoors. Please stay at home if you feel sick. If you are uncomfortable joining us, we fully understand and respect your decision!

Question

Are wedding guests required to be vaccinated prior to attending the wedding?

Answer

We are not requiring ours guests to be vaccinated or to show proof of vaccination. However, for the health, safety, and comfort of our friends and family we highly encourage our guests to be fully vaccinated before attending our wedding or have a negative COVID test 48 hours before the wedding.

Will I be required to wear a mask?

Answer

You may wear a mask at your discretion but we will not require one to be worn.

I have food and dietary restrictions. What is the dinner menu for the reception?

Answer

You will have a choice of fish, steak, or vegetarian entree. Fish option: New England Haddock with Ritz crumb, lobster-sherry cream, jasmine rice, baby bok choy, and baby carrots. Steak option: pan seared filet mignon with port reduction, root vegetable puree, and haricots verts. Vegetarian option: butternut squash ravioli with sage brown butter, amaretto, baby spinach, and machego cheese. All meals will begin with a mixed green salad. Children's entree (ages 12 and under) is chicken fingers, french fries, gummy candy, and an ice cream sundae. Dessert is our wedding cake. If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, please write in your RSVP what type of meal you prefer. (IE. Chicken, Vegetarian, Gluten allergy).

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

There is complimentary parking at Granite Links.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the reception?

Answer

There will not be a shuttle bus from the hotels to the reception. We will be providing an Uber Events code for invited guests. Please reach out to our event planner, Caroline, at 978-930-1928 or cnguyenevents@gmail.com for the code.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

In order to keep numbers to a minimum we are only able to accommodate guests named on the invite.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. Please, no jeans.

Please RSVP by Friday, August 19, 2022.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the reception, please mark "no" on your RSVP.

Will the reception be outdoors or indoors?

Answer

The cocktail hour and reception will be held outdoors in the Pavilion Tent. Please keep in mind that it will be the end of September, so please dress for the weather!

Does Granite Links allow overnight parking?

Answer

Yes! If you need to leave your car overnight after the reception, please reach out for an Uber code.
