Question

Can I bring a Plus One?

Answer

In order to keep our guest list on track, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love your kids, but we want you to be able to let loose and enjoy yourself without having to worry about little eyes and ears. So we ask that you leave the little ones at home, just for the night. We hope you understand!

Question

Will there be transportation from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

We have been working really hard to find a hotel with a shuttle service but unfortunately, there is no transportation from the hotels to the venue as of right now. Please provide your own ride to the ceremony and reception. Please arrange transportation ahead of time to assure a fun and safe night for everyone.

Can I bring my own drinks to Cocktail Hour?

Answer

Yes! But no glass please since it will be at a park.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking space at Blossom Heath Park and Barrister Gardens Banquet Center.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 15-30 minutes before the start of the ceremony and reception, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “No,” so we can plan accordingly. Thank you.

Will the Ceremony and Reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The Ceremony will be outdoors and the Reception will be indoors. There is a pavilion at the ceremony site.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
