When should I RSVP by?

Answer

You need to RSVP a month prior to the wedding date, which would be April 8th, 2026.

When should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 5:30. Please arrive no later than 5:15.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

While we wish we could invited everyone, only the people listed on the formal invitation can attend.

Will the wedding be outside?

Answer

Both the ceremony and cocktail hour are outside but the reception will be inside. Dress according to weather.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes. Baywood has multiple lots for parking. You may leave your car overnight as well.

Is transportation being provided to and from the venue?

Answer

There is no transportation being provided. Please plan accordingly.

When do I need to book a room from the room blocks?

Answer

If you are using the room blocks, you must book a room through the room blocks by April 7th.

Where do I go when I get there?

Answer

There will be signs posted directing you. The ceremony will be held behind the white clubhouse.

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance.
