What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal (Formal-Cocktail) We suggest men wear a suit in any color and women wear a cocktail dress or a nice pantsuit.

What time should I plan to arrive at the venue?

Answer

Guests may begin arriving at 5:30PM The ceremony will start promptly at 6:30PM and guests should plan to arrive no later than 6:15PM. The venue will shuttle guests to the ceremony location and there will be a freeze on the shuttle at 6:25PM that will remain in place until the ceremony concludes.

How do I get to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There will be a venue provided shuttle service that takes guests from the parking lot to the ceremony/ cocktail hour location, please plan your arrival accordingly. At the conclusion of cocktail hour, a shuttle will drop guests off at the reception location. The parking lot is a short walking distance from the reception.

Can I bring gifts to the wedding?

Answer

We appreciate your generosity! We kindly ask that anything larger than an envelope be shipped directly to our home in Washington state

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes! The venue has an on-site parking lot, free of charge

What if I'm staying at the DoubleTree Hotel?

Answer

There will be a shuttle service provided from 5:00-6:30PM to the venue and again from 10:30PM-12:40AM back to the hotel, see "Travel and Accommodations" for more information

Are children invited?

Answer

We would love to host children over the age of 13, we kindly ask that younger children stay home
