What should I wear?
Answer
Our wedding is formal, black-tie optional. This means: Men can wear a tuxedo or a dark suit. Women can wear a floor-length dress, a dressy cocktail dress or a formal jumpsuit. No jeans. Ultimately, this is a celebration! Join us in happy colors and come ready to party!

Yes! We love your kids and we want them to be part of our special day.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We have reserved room blocks at the Hilton Garden Inn: 4155 S. Nature Center Way Springfield, Mo. 65804. Rooms are reserved for Friday and Saturday night at a discounted rate of $129 if booked before August 5, 2026. Call and tell them you are booking with the Bell-Wingo Wedding. Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes. The church has ample parking on the East side of the building. We will be the only event happening on that day, so there should be plenty of room. Finley Farms will have a large paved lot plus an overflow lot in the grass / gravel. We will not be the only event happening at the facility that day, so be prepared to walk based on proximate availability.

Will there transportation from the ceremony to the reception?
Answer
There will not be transportation provided from the ceremony to the reception. The drive is roughly 25 minutes long. If you would like to carpool, reach out to one of us and we do our best to pair you up with someone.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
There will not be transportation provided from the hotels to the ceremony. Any drive in town will be around 20 minutes.

Where should I fly into if I'm traveling from out of town?
Answer
The best bet here is SGF. The Springfield-Branson National airport is about a 20 minute drive to the church, for reference. It averages about 1M passengers a year, so it is smaller than most large metro areas, but has consistent coverage throughout each day to major hubs like Chicago, Denver, Dallas, Atlanta, etc.

Will I need a car to get around?
Answer
We regret to inform that the answer here is yes. Many generations before us have decided this is a car centric city. Come prepared for some good windshield time.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
When you RSVP if your spouse or significant other pops up with your name, they are invited to celebrate with us! If not, then I'm sorry your date is not invited.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
We will have a pretty nut free spread if that is of concern. Otherwise, feel free to let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
