Question

If we’re not staying at the hotel, should I Uber?

Answer

The best plan would be for you to either schedule an Uber pickup from the venue ahead of time or Uber to the hotel and catch the shuttle to and from the venue. The hotel is near the airport and we can guarantee Uber service. The venue is out of the way from main areas and we’ve been told you may not find an Uber that late at night to return home. Should you choose this route PLEASE rsvp “yes” to the shuttle question as we have to keep track of headcount on the busses. * If you will be ubering to the hotel to catch the bus we ask that you’re there no later than 3:45pm *

Please see our "Travel" section for the link to our hotel block. We encourage everyone to book as early as possible so that we will be able to secure enough rooms for our guests.

Is there transportation to and from hotel and venue?

Answer

Yes! We will have 3 buses that will bring guests to and from the hotel and Fleetwood Farm Winery. Please include if you plan on taking the bus when you RSVP. Guests who are not staying at the hotel can still ride the bus to the venue. There is a free shuttle that goes between the hotel and Dulles Airport for out of town guests.

Is parking available?

Answer

While we would prefer that our guests take the shuttle from the hotel, there is ample parking at the venue. If you can, drive/Uber to the hotel to catch the bus!

Can we bring kids?

Answer

Fleetwood Farm Winery is a 21+ only venue so we will ask that you leave the little ones safe at home.

It's November, what should I wear?

Answer

Please be prepared for an outdoor ceremony, indoor/outdoor cocktail hour and indoor reception. Temperatures in Virginia are in the low 60s/high 50s in early November. Bringing a jacket or shawl is encouraged! PS. Dress code is Formal
