Dow Gardens
All guests will be able to explore the Gardens free of charge on the day of the wedding! Go to the welcome center anytime before the wedding begins at 4:00 and tell them you are with the Wing-Lawrence wedding and you will be given free admission! We hope you enjoy exploring this beautiful place, and maybe you will catch a glimpse of the peninsula where we got engaged!
Whiting Forest of Dow Gardens
Whiting Forest is an extension of Dow Gardens, to get there you will need to walk through the Dow Gardens Welcome Center, and all the way through the gardens. If you come on the day of the wedding you will be granted free admission, just let them know you are with the Wing-Lawrence Wedding! Whiting Forest is quite a long walk, but worth it for those who love to explore and have a few hours to fill.
Pizza Sam's
The wedding is just a five minute drive from downtown Midland. Pizza Sam's is one of our favorite lunch spots on Main Street! Enjoy delicious pizza, ice cream, and see if you can win our favorite bouncy ball pinball game!
Heather & Holly
Just five minutes from the wedding venue, Heather & Holly is one of the best places in Midland to get a sweet treat! Enjoy their homemade chocolates, fudge, ice cream, and other fun things!
The Tridge
A Midland icon, the Tridge is worth a visit! Take a walk on this unique bridge and enjoy the scenic river views!
