When should I RSVP by?

Can I bring a date? Can I bring my kids? Other friends and family?

Due to venue space and costs, please restrict attendees to those who are listed on your invitation. If there are any concerns please reach out to us directly and we would be happy to help.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 so we suggest being there no later than 4:15 to mingle and find your seats.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire which can also be known as Semi-Formal. No tuxedos but also no jeans please :) Be aware to wear comfy shoes! Ceremony takes place in the lawn and dancing will be in the barn with crushed gravel flooring. Theme is western! (ex. sundresses/ dresses, jumpsuits, button downs, khakis, dress pants, tie optional)

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Hampton Inn in Shelbyville is where we have reserved a block. Just call and let them know you are apart of the Winger wedding!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is in the lawn in front of the venue. Very short walk to the ceremony area!
