COVID-19 Guidelines for the Day of Our Wedding

Due to New York State COVID-19 Regulations, you will need to provide one of the following to enter the Venue: 1.) COVID-19 Vaccine Card with the 2nd dose being received at least 14 days prior to the wedding, showing the 14 day "waiting period". 2.) Proof of COVID-19 PCR Test that has been taken within 72 hours prior to the wedding. 3.) Proof of Rapid COVID-19 Test that has been taken up to 6 hours prior to the start time of the wedding. *All guests will have to bring proof of one of the above in order to be able to enter the venue. You can either do this via a screenshot, email on phone, or the actual vaccination card. The Belhurst Staff is required to check these for EVERY Guest. Unfortunately, without proof, per New York State, we will NOT be able to have ANY guest enter the venue without this. *These Guidelines are subject to change per the New York State Department of Health and there will be future communication if that occurs.*

Please call the Belhurst at (315) 781-0201 ext.2 and tell them you are coming for the Wing-Coolican Wedding to reserve a room. If you go online it will have no available rooms. This is where the wedding ceremony and reception is being held!

This is a great place to stay the night before the wedding and the night of the wedding. It is about a 5 minute drive to the Belhurst Castle!

The casino is about a 25 minute drive to the Belhurst Castle and there is a hotel attached.

Grist Iron Brewing Company

This is not close to the wedding venue but is a great place to stay after the wedding. If you are joining us for the Captain Bill's Cruise on Saturday night or the 4th of July at our lake house. This a good spot and the beer is good! This is a pet friendly hotel, close to all of the wineries, about a 10 minute drive into Watkins Glen (where Captain Bill's Station is located) and is about 30 minutes to our lake house!

Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel

Located in downtown Watkins Glen- walking distance to restaurants, small shops, Watkins Glen State Park (this is a beautiful spot), and Captain Bill's dock is less than a 2 minute walk if you are joining us on Saturday night. This hotel is also close to all of the wineries and is a 20 minute drive to our lake house! We would not recommend this hotel for the night of the wedding.

This is not close to the Belhurst but a great location for the weekend (there is a 3 night requirement). A short drive into Watkins Glen.
