When should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving by 2:45 PM to allow time for seating before the ceremony begins promptly at 3:00 PM. Guests arriving after 3:00 PM may not be able to be seated once the ceremony is underway.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

To keep our wedding intimate, plus ones are limited. Only guests whose invitations specifically include a plus one are invited to bring a guest. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep our celebration small and meaningful!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Since our wedding is in the July heat at a vineyard, we recommend light, breathable attire and comfortable shoes. Something like summer cocktail attire works perfectly! Please note the ceremony will be held on grass, so thin or narrow heels may not survive!

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, while the reception will be held indoors with access to outdoor areas.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 1st! Because of our vendors and final planning, if we don’t hear from you by then, we will assume you’re unable to attend.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There’s plenty of on-site parking for guests.

Will there be transportion to and from the venue and hotel?

Answer

We won't have shuttle service, but Uber and Lyft work great in Ames to get you where you need to go. We have each linked in our Travel section for quick access.

What if I'm unable to attend?

Answer

You will be missed! Please RSVP "will not attend" by June 1st so we can plan accordingly.
