Santa Barbara Airport

We recommend flying in to Santa Barbara Airport if you are traveling from out of state. It's about a 40 minute drive to Solvang/Los Olivos from this airport vs LAX which will be a couple of hours depending on traffic.

Wedding Shuttle Buses

July 16, 2022 3:15 pm - 10:00 pm

There will be two buses stationed in front of The Landsby hotel to take guests to the venue! Please arrive by 3:15pm to board the buses which will be leaving promptly at 3:30pm in order to get all guests to the venue by 4pm. The buses will say "ERIN & SAM!" and "WINE WITH THE WORLEYS" on either side. Early guest return from the venue will be available starting at 8:45pm to take guests back to The Landsby drop off location. The final guest return will begin at 10:00pm.

Our limited hotel block for the Wedding Party and immediate family members will be at The Landsby. Although space is limited, you may be able to find a room outside of the hotel block. This is also the location of our Welcome Event and will be the pick-up and drop-off site for the two shuttle buses taking guests to and from the wedding. However, all of the other hotels listed are within walking distance of this location!
