When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The earlier the better for planning purposes, but please make sure to RSVP by March 15, 2026 at the very latest!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 4pm. Please arrive between 3:30-3:45pm so there is plenty of time to greet familiar faces and find your seat.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We adore your little ones, but for this special day we’re keeping it grown-ups only—thanks for understanding! We completely understand that arranging childcare can be tricky. If you need recommendations for local sitters or services, we’re happy to help.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We truly wish we could celebrate with everyone, but due to limited space we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We have arranged buses for transit between the venue and the Hampton Inn & Suites Windsor - Sonoma Wine Country. The buses will make loops to and from the Villa between 3pm-4pm, and return trips between 10pm-midnight. The drive is around 15 minutes each way.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of free parking at the venue.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely. There will be an opportunity for special menu requests when you RSVP, but please feel free to reach out to Matt or Olivia with any additional concerns.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dressy attire is encouraged—something you’d feel great in for photos—but please keep comfort in mind so you can dance the night away. An extra layer is suggested as the evening is likely to get chilly.
