Aiken is a very small country town, there are very few Ubers/lyfts. It may take awhile for one to pick you up- I would not plan on them for travel days. If able to, I would suggest renting a car!
Yes! Shuttle details are in the travel section, leaving from the hotel. The venue is about 25 minutes from hotels in the countryside. Just to note, it takes a few back roads and is a bit windy- can be hard to navigate at night. There is parking at the venue if you prefer to drive.
Semi-formal. The venue is outdoors. Ladies- be careful of pointy heels getting stuck in grass. There will be heaters provided but it can get cool at night.
