Although we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. This rule excludes the little ones in our bridal party and few members of our immediate family. We hope you'll take this opportunity to enjoy a date night and we appreciate you making prior arrangements!
We would love to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP through the website. We appreciate you understanding.
Absolutely no alcohol from off site is allowed on the venue, you will be removed. We will have plenty of wine, beer and seltzer to drink from, no need to lug coolers!
Of course! We ask all guests to drink responsibly and not drive if you plan on drinking. There will be shuttles to and from the hotel to help mitigate this.
We have a hotel block listed under our "Travel" tab with more information. There are also Airbnbs in the area.
The ceremony starts promptly at 4:30PM. We ask that you arrive to the hotel 15 minutes prior to your designated shuttle time. For those of you opting to not utilize the shuttle, we recommend that guests arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony start time which will start promptly at 4:30pm, so you can get settled, enjoy refreshments and music before the proceedings.
Yes, we encourage guests to wear elegant and formal attire. Our venue is mostly outdoors, so keep in mind you may need an outer-garment for the evening.
To RSVP, please visit the "RSVP" page on our website and fill out the online form. Please RSVP at your earliest convenience and no later than August 18th. We look forward to celebrating with you! For those that may be affected by military orders, please talk to Travis about the situation and we can work it out.
