When should I RSVP by?

Please let us know if you will be in attendance by September 1, 2021.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Join us in your favorite semi-formal attire - tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love everyone in our families - including the little ones! Children are welcome at the ceremony and childcare will be provided at the venue during the reception.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please note your allergies and dietary restrictions on your RSVP.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at the venue, but there will also be a shuttle running between the venue and hotels throughout the evening.

Question

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will run throughout the evening between Williamsburg Winery and the two hotels where we have blocks for our guests. To get to the ceremony, shuttles will be departing from the Holiday Inn Express and the Hilton Garden Inn promptly at 4:30 pm.

Question

I am not fully vaccinated. Can I still attend?

Answer

Out of an abundance of caution, and a desire to keep those dear to us as safe as possible, we welcome fully vaccinated guests and ask those not vaccinated to contact the couple privately with negative test results no sooner than 72 hours prior to the wedding.
