In 2016, Taylor went out on a limb and decided to move to the "greater Kansas City area", only to find out that it was in center of Kansas, in fact about 3.5 hours outside of Kansas City. A few months after moving to Hutchinson, Kansas, Taylor met Bradley, a long haired country boy, on a night out with friends. That summer, Brad introduced Taylor to the full Kansan experience - dirt roads, rodeos, country concerts, state fairs, two-stepping. Taylor introduced Brad to his first Philly cheesesteak, a surprise puppy (Bentley) that she bought on her first real world vacation day... and the rest was history!

Moving to Northwest Arkansas in 2018 really sparked a common interest in exploring the outdoors, with one of their favorites hiking trails being the overlook at Devils Den State Park. On 10/31/2020, Taylor and Brad went on a hike to the overlook with Reno and Bentley, their beloved pups. At the overlook, Brad set up his camera, took some pictures, and then they began to hike back to the car. To this day, Brad tells Taylor she ruined it because she stated people were waiting for the spot due to social distancing (LOL). On the hike back almost back to the car, Brad told Taylor that he had a question. With her typical attitude, she responded, "What question could you possibly have right now?" only to find out that Brad was down on one knee proposing!
