We do not have a registry, however, if you still want to give a gift, we would love any donations towards our honeymoon fund! Thank you in advance!
Cocktail attire with summery, lakeside vibes! Light, breezy, and perfect for celebrating outdoors! Lake Arrowhead evenings can get a little cool and windy in August, so we suggest bringing a light jacket or wrap. The ceremony will be on grass (turf) and the dance floor will be on the grass lawn, so wear shoes you’ll be comfortable in...and can dance in all night! ;)
Yes, we highly encourage it! All of our wedding events will take place at Lake Arrowhead Resort & Spa, so staying on-site means you won’t have to worry about driving between events...especially on Lake Arrowhead’s windy, poorly lit, mountain roads at night. While some Airbnbs might look close on a map, they’re often farther and trickier to get to than you’d expect. Plus, staying at the resort keeps everyone together and makes it easy to pop back to your room when needed, and helps us all celebrate safely...no driving after drinks and no chance of getting lost. We’d love for everyone to stay in one place and make it a true wedding weekend!
We’ve reserved a room block at Lake Arrowhead Resort & Spa for August 7–9, 2026, and we’d love for you to stay with us all weekend! There’s a 2 night minimum (Friday + Saturday). You may book by calling 800-800-6792 and mentioning “Wiltz Wedding Block,” or by using our custom booking link (see Travel tab!). Please book by July 7, 2026 to guarantee a spot in the block. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, check-out is at 11:00 AM. A one-night deposit is required (refundable if you cancel at least 72 hours before arrival). We can’t wait to celebrate the whole weekend with you in Lake Arrowhead!
All of the rooms in our block can accommodate up to four guests (two beds or one bed + sofa setup), so feel free to share with friends or family if you’d like! The resort is also super accommodating if you want to bring an air mattress or other sleeping arrangements to squeeze in a few extra people...just let them know when booking so they can set you up with the right room type.
We recommend coming up to Lake Arrowhead on Friday, ideally before sunset. A good portion of the road into the mountains is very winding, and we want everyone to get here safely and stress-free. If possible, avoid driving up late at night so you can settle in, relax, and kick off the wedding weekend with us at our welcome dinner!
Yes! Overnight guests staying at the resort are able to park in the self-parking lot near the main entrance. So no need to worry about driving or finding a spot after a long night of celebrating!
Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held outdoors overlooking the lake! After 9:00 pm, we’ll head inside for the after-party for a few fun chocolatey dessert surprises!
If your invitation includes a guest’s name or says “and guest,” then yes, we’d love to have them join! If you are unsure of don’t see a plus-one listed, just reach out to us! We will happily clarify!
Because ride-shares like Uber and Lyft are very limited in Lake Arrowhead...especially late at night...we strongly encourage guests to stay at the resort so you can simply walk back to your room at the end of the night.
Lake Arrowhead is the perfect mountain getaway! There’s plenty to explore if you’re making a weekend of it! Head to the "Things To Do" tab for more info!
Our welcome dinner will be at Spade & Spatula, in Blue Jay (right as you enter Lake Arrowhead & not too far from the hotel!). Come hungry for burgers, drinks, and a casual night of fun to kick off the weekend!
