This is an adult-only celebration, with the exception of children specifically named on the invitation.
We have a room block at the Thayer Hotel, where the wedding will take place. We recommend booking before February, before the Army football schedule is released. We don’t yet know if there will be a game on our wedding weekend, but if there is, the hotel typically sells out quickly. While we do not have a block at the Holiday Inn down the street, it is available, as are nearby Airbnb options. The hotel block link can be found on the "Travel + Hotel" page.
Should a plus-one be extended, it will be noted on your invitation.
West Point is a private military academy with significant historical importance. Please note that a valid form of identification is required to enter the base. All guests visiting West Point - whether for leisure, staying at The Thayer Hotel, or attending the wedding must present valid ID for admission.
We will offer a variety of dishes during both the cocktail hour and reception to accommodate all dietary preferences, including vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, and traditional meat selections. Entrée selections will be made at the reception.
Valet parking is complimentary and available 24 hours. Guests may pull up to the hotel and have their vehicle parked for them or choose to self-park and receive golf cart assistance from the parking lot. Additional hotel parking for all guests is at the bottom of the hill from the hotel. Designated handicap parking spaces are allotted in front of the hotel entrance where the valet can assist you with unloading and parking your vehicle.
