Do I need to be vaccinated?

Answer

Yes - for the safest wedding celebration we ask that all guests are fully vaccinated and will be required to show valid photo ID and their QR code (or equivalent for non Albertans) at entry.

What if I am no longer able to attend?

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Absolutely. During the RSVP process you will have the opportunity to let us know any restrictions you may have.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive with enough time to park, coat check, and get your vaccine records checked and find yourself poolside. Access to the pool will close once the ceremony has begun!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We have decided against a traditional gift registry. The most important thing is to have you with us on our special day, no gifts are expected.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids but thought you might like a night off. This will be an adults only celebration!

What if I already made a hotel reservation?

Answer

Please call Hotel Arts at 403 266 4611 to adjust your reservation from June to January, the rate remains the same!
