When should I get my passport?

Answer

For first-time applicants, passports typically take 10–12 weeks to process after submitting your application, with a fee of $165. Passport renewals are $130. If you need your passport sooner, expedited processing is available for an additional $60 and usually takes 4–7 weeks. We recommend applying early to ensure everything is ready in time for the celebration!

Most of our guests will be flying in on November 9th and departing on November 12th. You’re welcome to arrive earlier or stay later if you’d like, but please note that transportation outside the main wedding dates will be your responsibility.

November in Tulum is typically warm and beautiful, with average temperatures ranging from the mid-70s to mid-80s °F. It’s the start of the dry season, so you can expect plenty of sunshine with a slight chance of brief tropical showers. Evenings can feel a bit cooler with a light breeze, especially by the water. We recommend packing light, breathable outfits, along with a light layer for the evenings!

Most hotels, restaurants, and larger establishments in Tulum accept credit cards. However, smaller shops, local vendors, and taxis often prefer cash (Mexican pesos). We recommend bringing a mix of both and having some cash on hand for convenience.
