Answer

The festivities begin at 11am with brunch; happy hour, mingling, and live music. PLEASE ARRIVE BEFORE 12:30 pm. If for some reason it is not possible to be there before 12:30pm, please come after 2pm. The first Jacksonville trolly will leave at 10:30 a.m.

Question

Is there a dress code?Is there a dress code?

Answer

No, dress how you are most comfortable. It will be fall so temps can range from 60-90 degrees. Dress accordingly by bringing a jacket or sweater just in case. The festivities will be outdoors along the Little Applegate River so flat, comfortable shoes (ones that inspire you to dance) are recommended. For those inspired by a theme… think F: fancy fall farm festive

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Grants Pass, Ashland, and Medford are all within 45 minutes of the venue. Since the area is known for its vineyards there are MANY wonderful AirBnB's in the area. We have a few hotels listed on the website that are our favorites. If you would like to use our complimentary trolly, choose a location in downtown Jacksonville. That schedule will be posted weeks prior to the event on the travel / transportation page.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception? Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking on-site. We are encouraging people to take the complimentary Trolly from Jacksonville to WTF and back to limit the vehicles on site. The Trolly information and schedule will be posted weeks prior to the event. It will run from 10:30 am - 11pm.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding? Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Jacksonville is known for its wineries, we have over 30 within miles of WTF. Jacksonville is a very quaint tourist town with shops and various dining options. Crater Lake is less than 90 minutes from Jacksonville and the beautiful Redwoods and Oregon Coast is 2 hours away. Plan to enjoy all the area has to offer while you are here!
