Jackson Hole refers to the valley around the town of Jackson, WY and the surrounding Teton Mountains
Expect sunny days with highs in the 60-70's with nighttime lows reaching low 40's (Heads up Alabama, Mississippi and Georgia friends - there is little to no humidity in Wyoming so nighttime lows might feel a little chillier than usual)
Grand Teton National Park is the closest, with amazing lakes, hikes, and of course, mountains. Don't forget your bear spray! Yellowstone National Park is a few hours drive away, featuring scenic drives, buffalo crossings, and if you time it right - an eruption from Old Faithful.
Yes! JAC is a very small airport, but offers flights from cities such as Salt Lake, Chicago, Denver, and Atlanta. Because of this, flights might be a little more expensive, so we recommend looking at flying into Salt Lake City, Denver, Idaho Falls, or Bozeman if you don't mind a drive!
We have a group rate/block at Mountain Modern, but feel free to stay wherever is best for you! There are many cabins, airbnb's, and VRBO's around the area, or put those Marriott and Hilton points to good use! However, the transportation to the ranch will leave from the Mountain Modern hotel at 3:15pm, so please arrive there if you would like transportation to the ranch.
Yes! We will have transportation provided to take all guests to the ranch. It will be departing from a central location in Jackson, and we will share exact details closer to time.
With the wedding being held on a private ranch, we are limited in space and therefore can only accommodate the names listed on your invitation.
We are hosting an adults-only affair. We hope you enjoy a night off!
Our caterer and rental vendors need final numbers by August 5th, so please be sure to RSVP here on our website before then!
Casey and I have always loved to travel together, and we went out to Jackson for a Wilson family vacation in June 2024. We instantly fell in love with Wyoming, and when Casey proposed in the town square, we knew it was going to forever be a special place for us. And now in 2026, we have the honor of hosting our favorite people at our sister in law's family's ranch. We hope you fall in love with Jackson Hole as much as we have!
We request a "Western Cocktail" attire. Feel free to google and research on instagram/pinterest, and reach out with any questions!
While attending our wedding all the way out in Wyoming is enough, we will be registered at Target and Crate & Barrel. We also have a cash gift fund, as we are saving to buy our first home together!
While Uber and Lyft access has gotten better, it is not quite as reliable as you would expect in bigger cities. The town square is very much walkable, and we will provide transportation to the ranch for the wedding. If you want to explore more of what Wyoming and the surrounding national parks have to offer, we recommend renting a car from either JAC or SLC airports.
Check out the Things to Do page! We've listed several of our favorite bars and restaurants around Jackson. Please let us know if you've found a new favorite along the way!
Please join us at our Welcome Party on Friday 9/4 at Roosevelt's at 7pm. We can't wait to kick off the celebration with you!
Wyoming is truly unbelievable so there is no "wrong" answer, but head over to our Things To Do page to see some of our favorite activities!
This is completely up to you - the wedding is on Saturday 9/5, and we are hosting a welcome party on Friday 9/4. Some are flying in early or staying after to explore Jackson and local natinoal parks.
We completely understand the challenges of attending a destination wedding. Please know that you will be thought of and missed!
