Question

What are the restrictions due to COVID?

Answer

We are constantly talking with the venue and monitoring the COVID-19 trends to see if we will need to change to our final guest list. If we need to reduce our guest count to meet safety recommendations, we will notify those impacted guest as soon as possible. For the ceremony, the church will require all attendees to wear a face mask REGARDLESS of vaccination status. If you are not vaccinated, we ask that you please have a negative COVID test within 72 hours of the wedding. You may wear a mask if desired at the reception. Also, we ask if you are feeling unwell the day of the wedding to please stay home.

Question

Is there parking nearby?

Answer

Yes the church and the reception will have plenty of free parking. The reception parking will be all along Santa Claus Lane. Any spot marked as having a time limit does not actually apply. For the beach day, the primary means of parking will street parking. In case there are no spots, there is a parking lot nearby for a fee at the Carpinteria State Beach, which is a 6 minute walk away.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

Question

Answer

The usual weather around mid-November is sunny skies, temps expected to be a high in the low 70s and low in the low 50s. We recommend bringing sunscreen for the beach and jackets for when the sun goes down for both nights.

Question

What happened to the Welcome Dinner Thursday night?

Answer

Unfortunately, due various reasons, we are going to have to cancel the welcome dinner on Thursday night the 11th before the wedding. The big wedding day and beach day are still going on as planned 🙌🏽 We are so sorry if this creates any logistical complications. Thank you so much for understanding ❤️ WE CANT WAIT TO SEE YOU AT THE WEDDING AND BEACH DAY! IT IS GOING TO BE THE BEST🎉🍾👰🏻‍♀️

Question

Do I need to bring anything to the beach day?

Answer

We recommend bringing your own beach towels and chairs if able. For anyone flying in, there will be extra towels available. We also suggest having a jacket if you plan on staying past sunset. The event is open house, come by any time after noon, we will be there all night.

For all the days along the way
