Question

When should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 4:45pm. The ceremony will start at 5pm and guests who arrive once the processional has started may not be able to be seated.

What is the COVID-19 policy?

Answer

The policy of the venue states that all unvaccinated guests MUST wear a face mask. Fully vaccinated guests have the option to wear a mask or not to wear a mask.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would prefer "business casual". We want everyone to be comfortable, but we request no jeans and no t-shirts.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception be held indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors. The cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The average high in San Diego in October is 74 degrees with a low of 61 degrees. October in San Diego can be warm though, so if you are visiting from out of town, plan for summer.

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes. Parking is available and will be complimentary to guests.

I have dietary restrictions and/or allergies. How can I let you know?

Answer

Please call/text/email the bride and groom with any dietary restrictions and/or allergies. There will be accommodations already made for those with nut allergies.

Answer

Yes! Please enjoy responsibly.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

If you need a hotel room, please contact the Handlery Hotel at (619) 298-0511 and mention "Wilson/Borowski Wedding" for a room discount of $109 plus tax and overnight parking.

Can I take pictures to during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an "unplugged ceremony" meaning the only photos taken during the ceremony will be taken by our photographers. We will, however, have a "photo minute" at the beginning of the ceremony to allow guests to take a quick photo. After the minute, we ask that all cameras/cell phones be put away so that guests can fully enjoy the ceremony.

Answer

Well, for cocktail hour we will be serving: * fresh fruit display *cheese display *italian sausage stuffed mushrooms * beef satay with chimichurri For dinner: *house salad with ranch or Italian dressing *spinach salad with feta, dried cranberries, candied walnuts and raspberry vinagrette *caprese salad with balsamic vinagrette dressing *garlic mashed potatoes *wild rice medley *market vegetables (broccolini and roasted carrots) *pesto chicken *cheese tortellini primavera *prime rib
