We met at medical school in Indianapolis shortly after beginning school. We found ourselves in the same study group and quickly became best friends, despite Steph's strange study habits.

Although this is controversial (Ale says the first date was years before but Steph argues that those were strictly friend dinners), we had our first official date at Tacos and Tequila on Main in Speedway, IN. While we don't necessarily recommend eating at this place, we definitely recommend dating your best friend.

Our Decembers are usually packed full with every possibly Christmas/winter related activity available thanks to Steph's slightly unhealthy obsession with the holiday season. Alejandro was able to plan a special night out that included dinner at the Eagle's Nest followed by a visit to the Indiana Historical Society's Festival of Trees, where many of our closest friends were hiding on the second floor. He got down on one knee in front of the center tree!
