Arrival Date: 9/17/2021 Check-in time is 3 pm Departure Date: 9/19/2021 Check out time is 11 am Cut Off Date: Hotel will offer a special wedding rate until the day of arrival based on the availability of standard guestrooms. Cancellation: Individual guests will need to cancel their reservations 72 hours in advance of the check-in date. As part of this reservation, any member of the party may call and book directly with the hotel on an individual basis. When anyone that is attending the wedding calls to book a room, please mention: **Wilson/Mayhew Wedding** These discounts are also available 3 days prior and 2 days post for those wanting to make a longer trip out of the wedding. These rates are based on our standard guestrooms and 2 people per room. Any additional adults will be $10 per adult, per room, per night.
