We met via dating app in June 2020. At the time of our first date, restaurants weren't open for indoor or outdoor dining, so we got ice cream to go from Annapolis Ice Cream. We walked to St. John's College to eat and chat six feet away from each other. Our second date saw the reopening of outdoor dining, but a severe thunderstorm kicked us out from our table on the Reynold's Tavern patio. It was a weird time for dating, a time that required creativity, but we made it work. We got engaged in Mexico in January. We didn't have a ring yet, but the moment was right. We can't wait for you to celebrate with us this September!
