Yes, the dress code is "Funky Formal." We invite you to wear something glamorous, fun, and a little over-the-top. We encourage bright colors, sequins, feathers, glitter, bold prints, etc. Women are welcome to wear a gown, jumpsuit, or any statement piece of your choice. Classic formal attire is perfectly fine, but something colorful, campy, sparkly, ridiculous, or outrageous is even better. Men are encouraged to wear a tuxedo or suit, but you'll get extra points for dramatic smoking jackets or any other fun accessories you'd like to incorporate. Make Elvis proud! (And if the above is too much for you, don't worry, we'll still let you in.) For inspiration, see https://pin.it/4SERCsJQk
Yes, our welcome party is “Spaghetti Western” themed! That means you can dress (1) Italian, (2) Western, or (3) Italian AND Western! Italians and cowboys have a lot in common when it comes to their wardrobes, for example, they both love leather, animal print, big hair, paisley, little neckties, and excessive jewelry. More is more! Basically, if you want to lean Western, wear your favorite western wear (jeans with a blazer, a bolo tie, a fun cocktail dress, fringe, cowboy boots and hats, studded accessories, etc.). If you want to lean Italian, wear your favorite Italian-inspired outfit (glamorous, dramatic, maybe red or green… maybe a chic little silk neck scarf… Italians also LOVE sequins, FYI). Go crazy with it!! In case you need some visual inspiration: https://pin.it/51LbVa7H1

Yes! You'll find all of our hotel recommendations under the Travel tab of our website. We are not reserving a room block at a specific hotel, so please feel free to stay wherever is most convenient for you. In the interest of your convenience and proximity to the wedding events, we generally recommend staying in one of these three neighborhoods: (1) University Park, (2) Uptown, or (3) Downtown. Each of these areas offers a great selection of hotels, restaurants, and things to do, and all are conveniently located relative to our wedding events.
Yes, complimentary self-parking is available at both the ceremony and reception venues. We will also provide transportation from the ceremony to the reception for guests traveling from out of town or for those who choose to take a rideshare to the ceremony.
