What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Guests staying at the TownPlace Suites will be bussed to the venue and back to the hotel after. All guests can park at the hotel and be bussed to the venue. Buses will leave at 3:45 pm for everyone. Other guests that are driving, Please arrive no later than 4:45 pm. The ceremony will start at 5:00 pm.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

The venue is private, please consider carpooling or arriving at the hotel in time to take the bus. The hotel is booked up. You will need to park on the street or at the 151 saloon. There will be an area to park, limited number of vehicles. It is not paved.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding will be outdoors. Please check the weather forecast the day of. Texas weather is … Texas weather.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Women: Sundresses - Cocktail Dresses. (Not limited to) Men: Sunday Best - Full Suit. Colors to avoid: Navy Blue and Blush Pink. Make sure you have comfortable shoes. Some areas are grass and gravel.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

The ceremony will be an unplugged ceremony. No photos during the ceremony.

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.
