If you're coming from D.C., there's an Amtrak train from Union Station that brings you straight into downtown Roanoke where the hotels are. The train station is located at 55 Norfolk Avenue SW Roanoke, VA 24011.
Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport is your best bet for flights into Roanoke. It is a quick Uber/cab ride to the hotels.
