FAQs

The Wedding Website of Stephanie Mee and Sinjin Jones
Question

When is the RSVP required?

Answer

Our RSVP date is now May 5. Please let us know your plans by then :)

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving around 2:30pm-ish. The ceremony begins promptly at 3:00pm. The parking lot is about a 5 minute walk slightly uphill to ceremony meadow. (We have golf carts available to those who request them)

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire is the baseline. But if you want to dress up more, go for it! We love expressive colors, florals, and fun outfits. Just keep in mind that we will be outdoors the whole time. We want you comfortable and able to join us on the dancefloor. Note that the ground might be a bit uneven, so thin stilettos are discouraged. Early June in Ohio temperatures generally range from high-50s°F to high-70s°F or low-80s°F. The ceremony will be mostly in the sun, but we will provide small handheld fans. The dinner will be in the pines, which is quite a bit cooler in temperature. Dancing will be in the tent, which will have a large fan provided.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding will be outdoors, rain or shine. If it rains, we will either go into the woods or under our giant tent. Bring comfortable shoes, sunscreen, and whatever else you may need to feel comfortable outdoors.

Question

What if I have accessibility needs?

Answer

We want everyone to feel comfortable and included. A golf cart will be available for guests who would prefer assistance getting to and from the ceremony. Please let us know if you want us to give you a ride! If there’s anything else we can do to support your experience, please let us know. We’re very happy to accommodate.

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

The venue has plenty of parking. It is a 5ish minute walk from parking lot to ceremony meadow, so please keep that in mind.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please reach out to Steph, Sinjin, or Katy. Note: We are already tracking a few allergies. There will be no peanuts, walnuts, or pecans. There will be no eggs, dairy, or shellfish. Most dishes are gluten-free. Any other common allergens, like soy or other nuts, will be clearly labeled. We also will not serve any animal products.
