The love bug should be the only bug you catch at our wedding

We are carefully monitoring the ongoing health crisis, and are still planning on having our wedding reception on September 18, 2021. To ensure everyone's safety, we require all guests to only attend if you have received your final COVID-19 vaccination shot prior to September 4th. As any new developments or regulations arise (whether they be from the CDC, Department of Health, or reception venue), we will update this portion of the website with all the relevant information. Where should I park?

Answer

There will be plenty of free parking at both the reception venue and hotel. There will also be a hotel shuttle bus available to take guests to/from the reception/hotel.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes. We have reserved a block of rooms at a local hotel. If you click above on the third tab from the left, you will see more detailed information about our discounted group rate. The hotel has an excellent cancellation policy should our plans change last minute.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes please! Our caterers are very accommodating so please, absolutely, let us know about any dietary restrictions in advance so we can pass on the information.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes. If not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Unfortunately not. We love your children, but due to restrictions at the venue, the reception is strictly a 21+ event.

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

Please note the venue is a completely smoke-free facility. This includes traditional cigarettes, cigars, e-cigs, vaping, etc.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes, we are registered via Zola which combines all of our favorite things from various stores. The Zola registry can be found above, in the 4th tab from the left. If you would prefer to shop in person, we are also registered with Williams Sonoma & Macy's.
