On Sunday, August 8, Will and Maggie will celebrate one year of marriage! We got married last summer in Maggie's grandparent's backyard with our immediate family present. Now, we are just over a month away from doing it all over again-- this time, with all our loved ones to celebrate with us! We hope to see you on September 12!

Will and Maggie met one summer back in 2012 on the island of Martha’s Vineyard. Maggie, a recent college graduate, was much too focused on her entrance into the real world to recognize the connection between her and this younger guy who maybe-kinda-sorta knew her sister at Skidmore College. A weekend came and went and they left the island to continue on with their own lives. Four years later, the two landed summer gigs on the very same island. This time, a friendship blossomed. It was their growing friendship and the magic of the Vineyard that eventually made Maggie see this could be something real, and Will realize he could not let the curly-haired dance teacher go back to New York without telling her how he felt. That led to a long distance relationship and many train rides on Metro-North and car rides on I-95, and eventually a very tough decision for the two to leave what they knew and start over, together, in Stonington, Connecticut. In August, Will proposed to Maggie in Ireland, inside a meditation hut at the Cliffs of Moher. Now they’re getting married and can’t wait to celebrate with everyone they love!
