Question

I missed the RSVP deadline! What do I do?

Answer

Final numbers are due to our vendors at the beginning of May. Unfortunately, if we have not heard from you by April 30th, we will have to assume you won't be attending. We appreciate your understanding as we work with vendors and deadlines. If you RSVP'd yes and need to edit your RSVP please contact the couple asap!

What is the schedule for the day of the wedding?

Great question! The day will go as follows: 4:00 p.m. - Ceremony 5:30 p.m. - Cocktail Hour 7:00 p.m. - Dinner 11:00 p.m. - Send Off

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We are registered through Amazon, Target, and here on Zola. Check out the registry tab for more info.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family in semi-formal/cocktail attire. Please no jeans and ladies, avoid shades of white.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space we are not able to accommodate a guest for everyone. If you were given a plus one it will be indicated when you RSVP.

Are kids welcome?

Our wedding will be a kid free event. We hope that you are able to let loose and celebrate with us!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have a hotel block at the Home2Suites in Bowling Green. Information can be found in the 'travel' tab.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

When you RSVP you will be asked to specify if you need a vegetarian, vegan, or gluten free meal. If you have another dietary restriction please let the couple know asap.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, the reception hall has its own parking lot. H2o Church does not have a parking lot, but there is street parking as well as city lots nearby. Please follow parking signs and regulations. Since it will be a Saturday afternoon, we are able to use the Post Office parking lot across the street.

Who do I contact if I have another question?

Answer

Feel free to reach out to Willow or Caleb with any questions. However, we ask that if there are any questions the day before or the day of the wedding that you contact a family member or member of the bridal party for assistance.

Can I take pictures at the wedding?

Answer

We ask that our ceremony be unplugged. We hired some wonderful photographers as well as a videographer who are really good at their job! Please respect us and them by being fully present in the moment with us. Once we get to the reception, feel free to snap away!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

The alcohol is on us, but the hangover is on you! We will have an open bar with a selection of beer, seltzers, and wines.

Can I leave my car at the venue overnight?

Answer

Yes! We want everyone to make it home safely after the reception. Feel free to catch a ride home and leave your car at the reception space. Please plan to pick up your car by noon on Sunday. *This applies for the reception. We do not recommend leaving your car overnight outside of the church depending on parking restrictions.

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

No one likes to avoid the sun as much as Caleb! The ceremony and reception will both take place indoors.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 p.m. Please arrive no later than 3:45 to settle in and get a seat. Doors will close at 4:00 and will remain closed until after the ceremony.
