Both our ceremony and reception will be taking place at MeadowView Weddings & Events, located at 2575 KY Hwy 801 North, Morehead, KY 40351. You’ll see signage to guide you once you arrive.
Please RSVP by August 1st so we can share an accurate guest count with our amazing vendors. We truly hope you can celebrate with us! If we don’t hear from you by then, we’ll assume you’re unable to attend.
We invite our guests to wear semi formal attire that helps you feel both comfortable and confident. For women, this might be a dress or dress pants. Whatever makes you feel your best while looking polished. For men, suits or dress pants with a button-up shirt are encouraged. A jacket or blazer is always a nice touch but not required. Since October weather can be unpredictable and sometimes cool, we suggest bringing a light layer to stay cozy throughout the day. If you have any questions or want some styling ideas, please do not hesitate to reach out. We want everyone to feel wonderful on our special day. Please note that the bridesmaids will be wearing light blue.
We recommend arriving around 2:00 PM. This will give you time to park, mingle, and find your seat before the ceremony begins promptly at 2:30 PM.
Our venue has on-site parking! Once you take the exit off of I64, head south and look for MeadowView's sign. Please pull past the first two buildings on your left, and towards the large white barn behind them. Parking is on your left!
You will be dearly missed! If you can't make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly.
While we would love to celebrate with as many people as possible, due to the limitations of our venue, we cannot accommodate additional plus ones. If you aren't sure if your guest has already been included with your invitation, you can check through our RSVP portal. This can be done by typing your name into the RSVP portal. Once you hit enter, all members of your party that have been invited will display. If you have any questions about this process, please feel free to reach out to the bride or groom for clarification,
Yes. We will be serving dinner and dessert during the reception. While we will not be serving alcohol, a variety of non-alcoholic beverages will be available, including soda, tea, water, and lemonade. If you have any dietary restrictions, you’ll have the chance to let us know when you RSVP on our website.
We haven’t reserved a hotel block, as we know our guests may choose to stay in either Morehead or Lexington. The wedding is taking place in Morehead, which is a little over an hour from Lexington. If you'd prefer to stay closer to the venue, Morehead has several convenient hotel options just a short drive away. Lexington offers more variety if you're planning to stay in the area longer or are looking for additional amenities.
